About Taoran
Taoran’s practice at LARK focuses on M&A and private equity. She supports and advises German and international private equity funds comprehensively on cross-border transactions. Before joining LARK, she worked at international law firms in Berlin and Munich.
Taoran is an attorney licensed in the State of New York. She received her juris doctor degree from the American University Washington College of Law. She has completed her undergraduate studies in Information Systems and Economics at Stony Brook University.
