About Max
Max is an Of Counsel at LARK. He advises in the areas of M&A, venture capital, private equity and corporate law.
Before supporting LARK, Max worked as a Senior Associate at the corporate boutique GLNS in Munich and as an Associate at SGP Rechtsanwälte in Ulm. He studied law in Passau in beautiful lower Bavaria.
Max has a special focus on advising emerging companies.

Life beyond Lark
When Max is not working, he devotes his time to family, friends, and his dog. He loves long breakfasts consisting of several sweet pastries, three to five double espressos and a newspaper. Max wanted to become a writer. Lacking the necessary creativity, he opted for law and discovered the breathtaking beauty of contracts.
