Jennifer is an associate at LARK. She advises in the areas of M&A/private equity and corporate law.

After her studies at the University of Constance and her legal clerkship with stations at well-known major law firms, she started her professional career at GLNS in the team of Ludger Schult, also in the M&A/private equity area.
