About Franziska
Franziska is an associate at LARK. Her practice focuses in particular on corporate law, M&A and private equity. She supports and advises German and international private equity funds comprehensively on planned transactions, from the beginning of their investment to its exit.
Before joining LARK, Franziska worked for other (commercial) law firms. She completed her legal studies in Munich and Bayreuth, where she also completed her additional training in economics. For her LL.M. she then moved to Maastricht in the Netherlands.

Franziska can either be found jogging through the English Garden, in the Munich countryside or lying in Shavasana on her yoga mat. And when the urge to move is satisfied, she enjoys a good book or a fashion magazine. Every now and then, she can even be found at the Allianz Arena.
