About Alessandra
Alessandra is an associate at LARK. She advises in particular in the areas of stock corporation and capital markets law, public M&A and corporate law as well as corporate litigation. Prior to joining LARK, she worked as a lawyer and trainee lawyer in various Munich and US law firms.
Alessandra’s practice focuses on advising management and supervisory boards on all stock corporation and capital markets law matters, in particular on capital markets compliance, corporate governance, corporate measures, national and cross-border structural measures, IPOs, public takeovers as well as on board remuneration and national and group-wide incentive programs.
